Conformity at Its Finest

Life through the eyes of a true conformist.

We all do it...
that's why it's called conforming.

This is another way to let everyone know how vain I am by sharing things about myself and sharing things that I find hilarious.

I go to Chapman.

For Some Reason, the World Likes to Provoke My Laziness

So I recently took a quiz on the book Tom Jones for my Literary Tradition class. I was behind on the reading at the time, and was unable to answer the prompt, so this is what I wrote at the top of my quiz before answering the question to the best of my ability:

“I am behind on the reading, so I will not be able to use examples from this point in the novel. I understand if I receive an F on this quiz.”

I continued to use examples from the points I have read, still expecting to fail the quiz. I dreadfully got this quiz back today, and this is what my teacher wrote:

“You grappled with the appearance/reality theme, Leah. For which you deserve credit. You show having read some of the text. And you showed you were trying.”

Then right below laid and beautiful red C.

I honest to God wonder how things like this happen to me.
